If your annual income is less than $19,000 you can renew your registration for only $10 forms available at the center.

Riders are needed for Seneca Allegheny trip. We have made arrangements for a smaller restroom equipped bus but must have 35 people to pay for the bus. The charge for the trip is $22 which also gives you $20 coin voucher and a $5 food credit.

Tim Juliano will be at the center on Monday, August 18 th talking about active aging.

Luau lunch will be on Aug. 21 and ham will be provided as well as many tureen dishes.

Last picnic of the year will be on Aug. 28 at Rod & Gun featuring corn on the cob, hot dogs, beans and more. Bring a wrapped gift to play the game of Rip Off.

Take good care of yourself! Stop by the center on Mondays between 10 and 11 a.m. to get your blood pressure checked by trained nurses. Public is welcome.

The Allegheny Community Center Annual Picnic is Friday evening, August 29 at Betts Park starting at 5 p.m. There will be a full menu of picnic food favorites including the traditional homemade punch bowl cake. You can expect lots of good old fashioned fun including games (weather permitting). Enjoy live entertainment by Bobbie Lawson and Ron Carrington. You might want to bring your folding chair. Minimal donation requested. A good time will be had by all!

ACC is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday with extended hours until 7 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday. acc is closed for all activities and meals on legal holidays and on those days when warren county schools are closed unexpectedly due to bad weather. delicious regular lunches or light alternative lunches are available monday-friday at noon for members and the public. minimal donation expected. you can call your reservation to 723-3237. bistro lunches offer a variety of specialty meals to members and the public on tuesdays & thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with no reservation required. minimal donation expected. take-outs available.


The Warren-Forest Area Agency on Aging will serve the following menu at Allegheny Community Center and other Warren-Forest centers Aug. 18-22: turkey cold plate Monday; taco salad Tuesday; meatloaf Wednesday; pizza sub Thursday; and relish tray, salad and sandwiches Friday. Locations at Marienville, Sheffield, Tidioute and Endeavor will serve menus from Monday, Tuesday and Friday for the three-day sites. Eligible participation is 60 years and older with a suggested donation of $3. Call 723-3763 for information regarding congregate meal sites or center locations. Menu is subject to change based on availability.
