Jammers lose on road

ABERDEEN, Md. – The Aberdeen Ironbirds exploded for 19 hits en route to a 10-4 victory over the Jamestown Jammers Sunday night. Carl Anderson, Michael Suchy, and Erik Forgione picked up multiple hits for the Jammers in defeat.

Aberdeen scored six runs in the fourth inning, highlighted by Austin Anderson’s three-run home run, and led 9-0 before Jamestown scored.

Jamestown is 24-31 overall and Aberdeen is 20-35. The Jammers are at Aberdeen at 7:05 p.m. Monday.
