New York tops PA in postponed Big 30 football Classic

BRADFORD – After a lightning storm postponed Saturday’s Don Raabe Big 30 Charities Classic football game to Sunday afternoon, team New York stayed up on Pennsylvania – which included 11 Warren County graduates in their final high school football game – for a 37-24 victory at Parkway Field.

Warren Area High School graduate Luke Wortman intercepted a New York pass in the end zone to end the first half, or else it could have been worse than a 24-12 halftime lead.
