Sentences handed down in county court

During sentence court Friday morning, 21 defendants received sentences, a bench warrants were issued for two more for failure to appear before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Sentenced were:

Marlee Noel Huddleson, Warren, to four years of probation, fines and fees totaling $1,625, $3,217.68 in restitution 60 hours of community service, to submit to a DNA test, have drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations and have no contact with the victim for a felony charge of access device fraud.

James Robert Sorensen, Warren, to confinement in the Warren County Jail for five months to two years, less one day, two years of probation, $1,250 in fines and fees, a six-month drivers license suspension, submit to a DNA test, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and 60 hours of community service for charges of possession with intent to deliver and endangering the welfare of a child. Any visits with his children are to be supervised.

Courtney Lorain Appling, Sheffield, to five years of probation, $2,525 in fines and fees, to submit to a DNA test and a drug and alcohol evaluation, and to perform 125 hours in community service for a felony criminal conspiracy for forgery, and misdemeanor counts of criminal conspiracy for theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dylan Lorin Brooks, Corning, N.Y., to six months probation, $970 in fines and fees, to participate in the Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, a one-year driver’s license suspension and 15 hours of community service for DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving and a summary charge of driving while under suspension.

Karen Brown, Jamestown, N.Y., to ten days to one year in the Warren County Jail, $550 in fines and fees and a mental health evaluation for one count of theft by unlawful taking. Hammond noted that she had already made restitution

Stephen Cacek, Warren, to 30 days probation, $650 in fines and fees, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, a six month driver’s license suspension and 15 hours of community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Jarred Elliot Danielson, Pittsfield, to 120 hours to 24 months in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, $2,690 in fines in fees, $3,649 in restitution to the City of Warren, a twelve-month driver’s license suspension and 30 hours of community service for DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16), a separate DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and two counts of careless driving. He was also ordered to continue with current drug and alcohol treatment and to attend the Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel.

Suzanne E. Flasher, Clarendon, to two months to two years, less one day in the Warren County Jail, three years of probation, $1,500 in fines and fees, $12,880 in restitution, to submit to DNA testing, 100 hours of community service and to have no contact with the victim for a charge of felony forgery.

Jody Michael Gray, Warren, to 72 hours to six months in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, $1,765 in fines and fees, to attend the Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, a 12 month driver’s license suspension and 15 hours of community service for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving too closely.

Chevy A. Haskins, Russell, to two months to two years, less one day in the Warren County Jail, $1,000 in fines and an unspecified amount in fees, $50 in restitution, a drug and alcohol evaluation, 25 hours of community service and one year of driver’s license suspension for unauthorized use of auto or other vehicles and underage purchase and consumption of alcohol, second offense and a revoked ARD. He is eligible for early release and work release.

Karen Louise Misko, Jamestown, N.Y., to $550 in fines and fees and no trespassing at Wal Mart for a count of retail theft.

Stephen Andrew Musante, Warren, to 18 to 60 months in a state correctional institution with credit for time served, $1,375 in fines and fees, no contact with the victim and to receive sexual offender counseling for obscene and other sexual materials. He is boot camp eligible

Alexander Scott Peterson, Warren, to 18 to 36 months in a state correctional institution, $3,000 in fines and fees, sexual offenders counseling, submit a DNA sample and to have no contact with the victim for a felony charge of corruption of minors, theft from a motor vehicle and loitering or prowling at night. He must also register as a Tier One Megan’s Law offender for 15 years.

Zebuli Petrof, Warren, to one month to two years in the Warren County Jail, $875 in fines and fees, $655.45 in restitution, 40 hours of community service and to have no contact with the victim, on charges of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered and receiving stolen property. He is eligible for early release and work release.

Derek Robert Rodgers, Titusville, to two years of probation, $1,275 in fines and fees, $8,155.58 in restitution, a six-month driver’s license suspension and 25 hours of community service for charges of unauthorized use of motor vehicles, driver required to be licensed, driving on roadways laned for traffic, abandonment of vehicle on highway, reckless driving and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.

Jessi Lin Solock, Warren, to 72 hours to six months in the Warren County Jail, $2,495 in fines and fees, attend the Alcohol Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, have a drug and alcohol evaluation, two years driver’s license suspension and 15 hours of community service. She is early release and work release eligible, and may be released after the drug and alcohol evaluation, or in one week, which ever comes first.

Alexander Cori Stinedurf, Corry, to 112 days to two years, less one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, $1,500 in fines and fees, $2,312.08 in restitution, no contact with the victim, submit a DNA sample and serve 50 hours of community service for a felony criminal trespass.

Antonieo Devon Thomas, Jamestown, to 13 days to two years, less one day, with credit for time served, $1,550 in fines and fees, $1,600.15 in restitution, 24 hours of community service and to not trespass at Wal Mart for two charges of retail theft.

Burdette G. Thomas, Warren, to an aggregate term of 12 to 24 months in a state correctional institute with credit for time served, $1,725 in fines and fees, $2,105 in restitution and to have no contact with the victims for four charges of theft by unlawful taking.

Chad M. Trojanowski, Warren, to nine days to two years, less one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, $750 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and 30 hours of community service for a charge of simple assault.

Hammond issued bench warrants for the arrest of Jessica Anne Clymire, Parker, Pa. and Gerald W. Lundberg, Warren, for failure to appear.
