4 cases handled by District Justice Carlson
One bench warrant was issued, two defendants pleaded guilty and another was bound for court during central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Glenn Carlson.
The following pleaded guilty:
Amy Thompson, 119 1/2 Canton St., to one count of false identification to law enforcement officer. One count each of public drunkenness and similar misconduct and harassment subjecting other to physical contact were withdrawn.
Elizabeth Seice, 98 Allegheny Dr., as charged to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
A bench warrant was issued for Jacklyn Long, Jamestown, N.Y., who was to appear on two dockets. One was for charges of retail theft take merchandise and defiant trespass actual communication and the other was for charges of forgery unauthorized act in writing, access device issued to another who did not authorize use and receiving stolen property.
David Lobdell, Warren County Jail, was bound for court. Lobdell has been charged with aggravated assault, intimidating witness/victim refrain from report, unlawful restraint/serious bodily injury, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment subjecting other to physical contact.
