Cited. Warren City Police said Matthew Hawkins, 35, Warren, was cited for a violation of the open burning ordinance on July 13 after Warren firefighters were dispatched to his address for a fire in the backyard. Police said it was found that he was burning refuse instead of clean-burning wood.
Cited. Warren City Police said John Taylor, 35, Warren, was cited for harassment on July 17 after they responded to report of a domestic dispute.
Cited. Warren City Police said Zachary California, 19, and Jonathan Turfitt, 19, both of Warren, were cited for underage drinking at 11:25 p.m. on July 17 after they observed a vehicle parked in a city park after it had closed.
Cited. Warren City Police said two juvenile males were cited for drivers required to be licensed after it was discovered they had both taken their parents’ vehicles out for a drive without permission.
Disorderly conduct. Pennsylvania State Constables said Karly Sue Sorenson, 28 of 26 Page Hollow Rd., Warren was taken into custody for disorderly conduct with hazardous physical contact, public drunkenness and similar misconduct on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Sorenson was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson.
Probation violation. The Warren County Adult Probation Department and the Conewango Township Police Department said Adam J. Mintzer, 28 of North Warren was taken into custody after a compliance check at his residence found a hunting rifle, ammunition and two switch blae knives in his bedroom. Mintzer was originally placed on probation on the charge of unsworn false authorized written statement after attempting to purchase a firearm last year. He was committed to the Warren County jail pending further court action.
DUI controlled substance. Conewango Township police responded to a hit and run accident at the intersection of Market Street and Warren Commons Drive, North Warren, at 7:59 p.m. June 15. Police said they met with the driver in the Sheetz parking lot. Police said after a brief investigation Constance E. Davis, Buffalo, N.Y., was arrested for DUI. Police said Davis is being charged with one count DUI of a controlled substance, accident involving attended vehicle and several traffic violations. Police said charges have been filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office and that further court action is pending.
Theft. Corry-based state police said an unidentified suspect on a bright orange mountain bike entered Columbus Custom Cuts on Route 957 in Columbus between Monday at 8:30 p.m. and Tuesday at 5:50 a.m. through a locked gate and entered and left the location with a Artic Cat Prowler 650XT. The vehicle is black and lime green in color and anyone with information is encouraged to contact PSP-Corry at 814-663-2043.

DUI. Warren-based state police said Tyler Jacob Maeder, 18 of Warren was stopped after a traffic violation on Route 957. Maeder was charged with driving under the influence, underage drinking and several other traffic violations through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Harassment. Warren-based state police said Carina Tucker, 25, Grand Valley and Angela Patterson, 38, Titusville, were charged with harassment after they were involved in a physical altercation at Hunter Road School Monday at 10:40 p.m. Charges were filed through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Forgery. Pennsylvania State Constables said Todd E. Putman, 51, of Sabinsville was taken into custody in Bellefonte on a felony arrest warrant on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Putman was remanded to the county jail on $25,000 bond by District Justice Glenn Carlson.
