Five cases heard in central court proceedings
One defendant was bound over, two pleaded guilty and charges were withdrawn against two more during central court proceedings last week before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
Darnell Ray Carter, 117 S. Forest St., Marienville, was bound over. Carter has been charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, int. possession controlled substance by person not reg, criminal use of communications facility, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, driving unregistered vehicle, operating vehicle without valid inspection and fail to notify change in address.
The following pleaded guilty:
Collin John Catalfu, 200 Park Ave., to one count of marijuana small amount personal use.
Thomas Edward Jones, Jr., 60 Fullerton Rd., Clarendon, to one count of disorderly conduct. A count of sell/furnish liquor, etc. to minor was withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
Hunter Zane Proctor, 1770 Mead Run Rd., Youngsville. Proctor had been charged with eight counts each of corruption of minors defendant age 18 or above, unlawful contact with minor sexual offenses, indecent exposure and open lewdness.
William John Moore Jr., 235 Abraham Hollow Rd., Youngsville. Moore had been charged with simple assault, harassment subject other to physical contact and int. possession controlled substance by person not reg.
