Cited. James Frank, 61, of Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at about 12:30 a.m. Monday, July 7, after City of Warren Police received a report of a suspicious Male on Pennsylvania Avenue West.

Crash. Matthew Marshall, 19, of Warren, was cited for following too closely after a two-car crash Tuesday, July 8, at Conewango and Glade avenues.

Cited. Marlena Hartman, 22, and Renee Hudgons, 19, both of Warren were cited for disorderly conduct at 1 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, after City of Warren Police responded to a report of people wading in the downtown fountain.

Charged. Dakota Hochstine, 18, of Warren, was charged with furnishing butane to minors on Wednesday, July 9, after City of Warren Police responded to a report that children were lighting items on fire in a pavilion at a city park.

Endangerment. Jennifer Haer, 33, of Falconer, N.Y., was charged with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person after police were called to a report of a child being left in a car for an hour while the temperature outside was 86 degrees, according to police. Haer was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released on $2,500 bail.

Cited. Devan Reese, 22, of Warren, was cited for public drunkenness at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 12, after City of Warren Police responded to a report of an unconscious male in front of a convenience store.

Sugar Grove

Harassment. Jeramy M. Card, 38, of Sugar Grove, was cited with harassment after he allegedly shoved a 24-year-old Sugar Grove man into a pole at 10:32 p.m. Saturday, July 12, at the Sugar Grove Fire Hall.

Pine Grove Twp.

Underage. Jeb I. Fedorchuk, 19, of Warren, was cited for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages after a crash at 12:14 a.m. Friday, July 11, on Peterson Hollow Road in Pine Grove Township. According to police, Fedorchuk was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Watson Twp.

Crash. Lawerence R. McGuigan, 70, of Tidioute, was cited for driving on right side of roadway after a one-vehicle crash at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, July 12, on Rout 62 north of Cobham Hill Road. According to police, McGuigan was driving south when his vehicle crossed the northbound lane and struck an embankment. Police said the vehicle continued about 165 along the embankment before re-entering the roadway, then about another mile. Police said McGuigan pulled over in a parking area. He sustained minor injuries and was transported to Warren General Hospital by Tidioute Volunteer Fire Department.
