Pleas entered during county arraignment court

Seven defendants entered guilty pleas, 13 not guilty pleas were entered and a bench warrant was issued for another during arraignment proceedings before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday.

The following pleaded guilty:

John A. Auflick, Sheffield, to one count each of burglary overnight accommodation, person present and criminal mischief. A count of criminal trespass was not prosecuted.

Thomas J. Edwards, Corinth, NY, as charged to one count of bad checks.

Benjamin C. Hanes, Warren, to one count each of DUI: Controlled substance impaired ability first offense, registration card to be signed/exhibited on demand, fail to notify change of address, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving on divided highways and stop signs and yield signs. A count of carrying and exhibiting driver’s license on demand, failure to stop at red signal, four counts of driving on roadways laned for traffic, three counts of driving on divided highways, two counts of turning movements and required signals and one count of careless driving were not prosecuted.

Justin K. Johnson, Youngsville, to one count each of endangering welfare of child and possession of drug paraphernalia. One count of recklessly endangering another person and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Austin L. Plemmons, as charged to one count of criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking).

Elizabeth Seice, Warren, to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. One count each of possession small amount of marijuana and public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

Elizabeth A. Sutliff, Warren, as charged to one count of retail theft.

The following pleaded not guilty:

Terrance S. Cann, Warren. Cann has been charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Tracy L. Coursey, Warren. Coursey has been charged with recklessly endangering another person, false reports to law enforcement authorities, disorderly conduct and discharge of firearm prohibited.

Jody L. Falconer, Youngsville. Falconer has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving second offense, DUI: General impairment safe driving with accident second offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) second offense, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Jeffery L. Fields, Warren. Fields has been charged with one count each of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and disorderly conduct.

Jason E. Haight, Warren. Haight has been charged with one count of counter simulat mark stamp.

Daniel R. Haskins, Warren. Haskins has been charged with one count each of DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving second offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) second offense, carrying and exhibiting driver’s license on demand, driving while under suspension, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and restraint systems.

Andrew L. Jackson, Warren. Jackson has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving, resisting arrest or other law enforcement, loitering and prowling at night time, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) first offense and required financial responsibility.

Darryl L. Kring, Sheffield. Kring has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) first offense, endangering welfare of child, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, restriction on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems.

Lori A. Mason, Youngsville. Mason has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, criminal mischief, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and careless driving.

Scott E. Rudolph, Sheffield. Rudolph has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, required financial responsibility, careless driving and operating vehicle without valid inspection.

Kristina A. Schott, Warren. Schott has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, limitations on backing and careless driving.

Dennis W. Schwone, Warren. Schwone has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, possession small amount of marijuana and improper stop.

Dianna S. Seeley, Garland. Seeley has been charged with access device fraud.

A bench warrant was issued for Kyle S. Haines, who has been charged with DUI: Controlled substance schedule I first offense and possession small amount of marijuana.
