Museum has ‘Best Barbecue Ever’
Come and experience the “Best Chicken BBQ You Will Ever Have!” at the Wilder Museum of Warren County History on Thursday, July 10. Sit amongst friends, new and old, under the sprawling oak tree on the front lawn of the museum and enjoy live music and a delectable meal consisting of barbecued chicken, macaroni salad, beans and a roll.
Tickets are $10 presale or $12 at the door. Purchase tickets at the Warren County Historical Society at 210 Fourth Ave., Warren; at the Wilder Museum; or at Allegheny Artistry, 106 E. Main St., Youngsville.
Chicken dinners will be available from 5 to 7 p.m., and visitors can eat there or take out. Enjoy great entertainment by local musicians, a 50/50 and afghan raffles.
The museum will be open to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. The Wilder Museum has 14 unique exhibit rooms featuring military, Seneca , a WWII periscope, the Irvine-Newbold Estate, local oil industry, and much more, including a new exhibit room featuring local historian Clyde Farnsworth and the Thomas T. Taber III Collection.
