Charged. Warren City Police charged Rachel Lundberg, 27, Spring Creek, with DUI, DUI .16 percent or higher, drivers required to be licensed and lighting requirements following a traffic stop at 4:39 a.m. on June 13.

Cited. Warren City Police said Jason Constable, 41, Warren, was cited for harassment on June 16 following a physical domestic at his residence.

Charged. Warren City Police charged Tejay Shick, 42, Warren, with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children on June 21 after officers responded to a physical domestic.

Charged. Warren City Police charged Amy Thompson, 37, Warren, with false identification to law enforcement, public drunkenness and harassment and Brady Williams, 31, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police responded to a local establishment for a verbal altercation that was escalating at 1:46 a.m. June 22.

Charged. Warren City Police charged Steven Gaddy, 32, Warren, with retail theft after police were called to a local business after Gaddy left the store without paying for $49.45 worth of merchandise on June 23.

Charged. Warren City Police charged Katelin Kuzminski, 20, Warren, with endangering the welfare of children after it was reported that two small children in only diapers were outside unsupervised in the rain on June 25. Police said it was found that they had crossed a street and traveled about a block away from their residence.

Charged. Warren City Police charged Stephen Breon, 28, Grand Valley, with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 2:03 a.m. on June 26.

Fatal accident. Warren-based state police said Larry Charles Ross, 57, Oil City was driving a 2014 Kenworth tractor-trailer westbound on Route 27, approximately 1.8 miles west of Route 6, at approximately 2:55 p.m.. Monday when a tree fell from the north edge of the roadway and struck the cab of the truck. Police said the truck traveled an additional 253 feet before stopping in the eastbound lane. Police said Ross was pronounced dead at the scene by Warren County Coroner Jerry Borden. The truck sustained major damage and was towed from the scene.
