Hannah Lee Fileger

Hannah Lee Fileger, 13, of Jeannette, passed away Monday, June 16, 2014, in the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with leukemia. She was born December 14, 2000, in Warren PA., a daughter of Jennifer Nollinger Fileger of Jeannette and the late Aaron Lee Fileger. She was a student and graduated the 7th grade at Penn Middle School. Hannah enjoyed singing and dancing and participated in Drama and Chorus. She loved very much spending time with her family and enjoyed being at the soccer fields to watch her brother and cousins. Hannah also enjoyed running her nail salon from her room at Children’s Hospital.

In addition to her father, Hannah was predeceased by her paternal grandfather Arthur Fileger.

In addition to her mother she is survived by a brother Stone Markham of Jeannette, her stepfather Nathan Markham of Russell PA., her maternal grandparents, Cheryl Barr and David Nollinger; her paternal grandmother Mona Fileger; her great grandparents Beverly Meleen Moore and Gregory Moore; her step grandfathers, Dan Klingensmith and Doug Lisk; her aunt and uncle Erin and Dan Schmader of Jeannette, her cousins, Kassidi and Kili Schmader; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Hannah’s Life, 2pm Friday, June 27, 2014, at the Grandview Volunteer Fire Department Social Hall, 1655 Ridge Rd. Jeannette PA. 15601. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hannah’s family. The John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. Jeannette, are entrusted with arrangements.
