14 enter pleas in Warren Co. Court

Fourteen defendants entered pleas during Warren County Plea Court proceedings this week before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Entering pleas were:

Courtney L. Appling, 21, Clarendon, guilty to criminal conspiracy – forgery; criminal conspiracy – theft by unlawful taking; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of criminal conspiracy – forgery; endangering the welfare of a child; two counts of criminal conspiracy – identity theft; and criminal conspiracy – theft by unlawful taking; were not prosecuted.

Stephen Cacek, 45, Warren, guilty to possession – small amount of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted.

Jessica A. Clymire, 24, McKeesport, guilty to simple assault and theft by deception. A charge of harassment was not prosecuted.

Suzanne E. Flasher, 53, Clarendon, guilty to forgery. Additional charges including 19 counts each of access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.

Jody M. Gray, 40, Warren, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense; driving on roadways laned for traffic; and driving too closely. A charge of DUI: general impairment with accident – first offense, was not prosecuted.

Marlee N. Huddleson, 28, Warren, guilty to access device fraud. Charges of forgery and identity theft were not prosecuted.

Karen L. Misko, 56, Jamestown, N.Y., no contest to retail theft.

Jessi L. Solock, 23, Warren, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense; and driving while under suspension. Charges of DUI: general impairment with accident – first offense; DUI: general impairment – first offense; and careless driving were not prosecuted.

James R. Sorensen, 33, Warren, guilty to possession with intent to deliver; and endangering the welfare of a child. Charges of possession with intent to deliver; four counts of endangering the welfare of a child; and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Antonieo D. Thomas, 26, Jamestown, N.Y., guilty to two counts of retail theft. Two counts of criminal conspiracy – retail theft were not prosecuted.

Chad M. Trojanowski, 24, Sugar Grove, guilty to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment were not prosecuted.

Jacqueline N. Zaner, 26, Warren, guilty to aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. Charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, causing or risking catastrophe, and two counts of recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.
