Assistance after accident

Dear editor:

On Sunday, June 8, I was returning from St. Marys where I attended a softball tournament for my daughter.

At about 3:30 that afternoon I came into the Warren area on my motorcycle. Near the intersection of routes 6 and 59 I was involved in an accident. I didn’t get anybody’s name but there were many bystanders there from the ice cream place where it happened.

I would like to thank each and every person that came to my aide. From the customers of the ice cream shop to the Fire and EMS personnel. Often times people stand back and do nothing because they don’t wish to be involved. Luckily my injuries were not life threatening and I am on the road to recovery. I wish I could thank you all in person. There are still a lot of good people in this world.
