Charged. Warren City Police charged Deanna Kelwaski, 32, Warren, and Jacklyn Long, 25, Jamestown, N.Y., with two counts of forgery, three counts of access device fraud, and receiving stolen property following an investigation stemming from an incident that occurred on April 10. Police said Long was arraigned on a warrant and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Benjamin Haines, 23, Sugar Grove, with failure to comply registration requirements, Megan’s Law on May 30. Police said he was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and placed in the Warren County Jail on $30,000 bail.
Cited. Warren City Police said David McManigle, 33, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 28 after he threatened a victim in the parking lot of a local convenience store.
Cited. Warren City Police said Dante Anzalone, 23, Russell, was cited for retail theft on May 28 after he was stopped while attempting to leave a local convenience store without paying for merchandise totaling $3.95.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Jill Work, 50, Warren, with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness on May 28 after an officer observed her staggering down the street.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Kathryn Steinkamp, 22, Warren, with false reports to law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance following an investigation into a reported theft that on May 29.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Matthew Brown, 25, Warren, with aggravated indecent assault with forcible compulsion on June 2 following an investigation. Police said he was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and placed in the Warre County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Cited. Warren City Police said Sallie Lane, 55, Warren, was cited for harassment after police received a complaint that she had called the victim eight times in one night. Police said after they spoke to her regarding the situation she then called the victim three more times resulting in the citation on May 31.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Tierra Card, 18, Warren, with harassment on June 1 after police were dispatched to her residence for an active domestic dispute.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Dakota Hochstine, 18, Warren, with criminal mischief and underage drinking after a report was made that a vehicle had been keyed. Police said following an investigation Anthony Jashurek, 43, Warren, was charged with furnishing alcohol to someone under 21 years of age.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Elizabeth Seice, 26, Warren, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after they responded to a report of an erratic female. Police said she was arraigned before District Justice Laura Bauer on June 5 and placed in the Warren County Jail on $5,000 bail .
Cited. Warren City Police said Bradley Neely, 38, Warren, was cited for harassment on June 5 after he made contact with a victim after she had given him a no contact notice.
Cited. Warren City Police said Kevin Goodard, 23, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on June 6 after an officer came across him in an intoxicated state at 2:16 a.m.
Charged. Warren City Police charged Thomas Jones Jr., 22, Clarendon, with furnishing liquor to a minor on June 6 and Cody Schrefler, 20, Clarendon, was charged with underage drinking after police received a report of a suspicious vehicle at DeFrees Park at 10:40 p.m.
Cited. Warren City Police said James Enck, 58, Ludlow, was cited for registration and certificate of title required, driving while operating privilege suspended, operation of vehicle without inspection, unauthorized transfer or use of registration and a traffic signal violation following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue Conewango Avenue on June 7.
Cited. Warren City Police said Jeffrey Crutchfield, 56, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on June 8 after an officer witnessed him stumbling in the street and falling at 3 a.m.
Cited. Warren City Police said Timothy Carlson, 45, Warren, was cited for careless driving following a two-car accident at Fourth Avenue and Chestnut Street on June 8.
Cited. Warren City Police said Brandy Reese, 22, Warren, was cited for careless driving on June 8 following a two-vehicle accident at Pennsylvania Avenue and Buchanan Street.
Arrested. Warren County Adult Probation officers arrested Correy Bush, 26, Warren, on June 17 on charges of violation of probation. According to officers, during a compliance check at his residence, Bush was found to be under the influence of morphine. Bush, who was originally placed on probation on a charge of possession with intent to deliver, was taken into custody on a supervisor’s warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
Burglary, theft. Conewango Township Police said sometime between December 2013 and June 18 someone broke into a storage unit at 625 S. State St., North Warren, rented by Larry and Jamie Kopko and stole the following items: a Cannondale SL4 silver and black mountain bike, a Stihl MS411 chainsaw with 32-inch bar, a Stihl FS90 weedeaster, four sets of “ITT Blackwater” 4-wheeler tires with black steel wheels, a black nylon ATV seat rack that straps onto luggage rack of 4-wheeler, a silver 4-wheeler winch, a Yakima roof rack used to transport bicycles on car roof, chaps for use with chainsaw (chaps were in a black “Blackwater” duffle bag), and other smaller miscellaneous items. Police said total value of the items is $3,160. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police department.
Retail theft. Conewango Township Police said loss prevention personnel at Walmart witnessed Kathy Probst, 13 Gibson St., Clarendon, steal $4.14 worth of merchandise while using a self-checkout cash register at 2 p.m. on June 19. Police said they subsequently charged Probst with retail theft.
Unlicensed dog. Tidioute Borough Police said they charged Marie Eckner, 35, of 268 Main St., with failure to have dog licensed and failure to have dog vaccinated for rabies after police responded when a 10-year old girl was bitten by a pit bull at 12:48 p.m. June 17. Police said the girl was transported to Warren General Hospital by Tidioute Volunteer Fire Department’s ambulance.
