Pleas heard Thursday in Warren County Court

Five guilty pleas were entered, seven defendants pleaded not guilty and two bench warrants was issued during arraignment/change of plea proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday.
Entering pleas of guilty were:
Kimberly L Collingwood, 23, Sugar Grove, to charges of endangering the welfare of a child, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, tire equipment and traction surfaces, vehicle entering or crossing roadways, three counts of turning movements and required signals and driving vehicle at a safe speed.
An additional charge of endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, an additional charge of turning movements and required signals, exceeding maximum speed limit by 16 mph, careless driving accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, improper child restraint system and restraint systems were not prosecuted.
Michael D. Deane, 31, Cleveland, Ohio, to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Raymond L. Shaffer, 24, Warren, to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. A charge of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.
Nathan D. Trisket, 31, Warren, to a charge of illegally operating a vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock. A charge of driving on the right side of the roadway was not prosecuted.
Brian E. Boyer, 33, Warren, to a charge of simple assault. A count of indecent assault was not prosecuted.
Pleading not guilty were:
Zachery R. Armstrong, 23, Youngsville, to charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.
Matthew A. Brown, 25, Warren, to charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.
Benjamin C. Hanes, 23 Warren, to two charges of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.
Cheryl McIntyre, 50, Youngsville, to charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal/simple trespass.
Michael W. Notoro, 46, Sheffield, to charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft from a motor vehicle.
Richard A. Perry, 24, Warren, to charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, with accident, second offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) second offense, driving on the right side of the roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving, restriction on alcoholic beverages and a restraint system violation.
Scott L. Wilson, 33, Celeron, N.Y., to charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Bench warrants were issued for:
Roxanne Hitchcock, 44, Oil City, charged with issuing bad checks.
Rocky A. Jordan, 57, Clarendon, charged with DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), obscured plates illegible at a reasonable distance, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages.
