Mountain biking

The Northern Allegheny Mountain Bike Association continues to host weekly beginner mountain bike rides. Riders will meet at Chapman State Park at 6 p.m. in the sled riding hill parking lot. These rides will be held every Monday through the riding season. For more information, call Brad Wilcox at 688-0531.

Class to lunch

Warren High School Class of 1957 will have lunch at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 21, at the Bucket in Sugar Grove.

AOC on the move

On Wednesday, June 18, the Allegheny Outdoor Club (AOC) will do trail maintenance on the North Warren Bike Path. Participants will meet on the trail at the bridge over Jackson Run at 9:30 a.m. (Rain date is June 19). For information, call Earl Ross at 726-3920.

Also on Wednesday, June 18, the AOC will ride bikes in the Frewsburg, N.Y., area. Participants will meet at the Dinner Bell restaurant in Frewsburg at 5:30 p.m. then ride to Hartson Road and back. For more information, call Pat Spicer at 757-8331.

Garden meeting

Warren Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 19, at Brigiotta’s Greenhouse and Garden Center, Jamestown, N.Y. Becky Smith, general manager, will conduct a tour of the center and explain the care needed for different plant families. There will be a time for shopping. Warren Area High School Class of 1964 will have lunch at 11 a.m. Friday, June 20, at the Conewango Club, Market St., Warren. All classmates and spouses or significant others are welcome.

See ‘Abba’
