Judge accepts guilty pleas from defendants
Six defendants entered guilty pleas during plea court proceedings last Monday before Judge Gregory Hammond.
Entering pleas were:
Dylan L. Brooks, Corning, N.Y., guilty to DUI: general impairment – first offense; and driving while under suspension. Additional charges of driver required to be licensed; driving on roadways laned for traffic; and careless driving were not prosecuted.
Jarred E. Danielson, Pittsfield, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense; two counts of careless driving; and DUI: high rate of alcohol – first offense. Additional charges including two counts of DUI: general impairment – first offense; DUI: general impairment with accident – first offense; registration/certification of title; and restriction on alcoholic beverages were not prosecuted.
Chevy A. Haskins, Warren, guilty to unauthorized use of automobiles; and purchase, consumption, possession, transport of liquor. A charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition was not prosecuted.
Derek R. Rodgers, Titusville, guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; driver required to be licensed; driving on roadways laned for traffic; abandonment of vehicle on roadway; reckless driving; and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.
Burdette G. Thomas, Warren County Jail, guilty to three counts of theft by unlawful taking. Additional charges including theft by unlawful taking; and four counts of receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.
Alexander C. Stinedurf, Corry, guilty to criminal trespass. Additional charges of burglary; theft by unlawful taking; and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.
