Krista D. Jamerson, professional development officer of Northwest Savings Bank, has been named corporate assistant vice president. Julia McTavish, executive vice president, made the announcement.
In her role, Jamerson will continue to develop and manage professional development and health and wellness initiatives for employees of the bank.
Previously, Jamerson served as the director of education and faculty for Rosedale Technical Institute in Pittsburgh. She also worked as a marketing analyst and sales representative for FedEx Services.
Jamerson received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She received a Master’s of Science in education and a PhD in instructional management and leadership from Robert Morris University. Ms. Jamerson is a certified DISC consultant and a certified corporate wellness specialist.
Jamerson lives in Kane with her husband, Mike, and their children, Kahne and Kash.
