BonTon group to lunch

at Cable Hollow Thursday

The BonTon luncheon group will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, May 21, at Cable Hollow Golf Course.

To dance Saturday

The Circle Eight Square Dance Club will dance from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24, in the auditorium at Warren State Hospital in North Warren. Don Yosten will be the caller. It will be salad night.

Warren High School Class of 1958 will have lunch at noon Tuesday, May 27, at Cable Hollow Golf Course. Classmates, spouses and significant others are welcome. Call 723-4530 for reservations.

Alzheimer’s walk planned

The committee meeting to plan the Warren Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease will be held at noon Thursday, May 29, at The Harbor Church, 135 Conewango Ave., Warren, and lunch will be provided. Team packets will be available for those interested in walking. Other volunteers will be needed and will be welcome at this meeting, as well as anyone interested in this effort. Win at bridge

Winners in Monday evening duplicate bridge game at the YMCA were Hal Conarro and Doug Megill, first with 25; Joyce Davis and Janet Templeton, second with 22; and Magda Fanaritis and Ellen Ruffolo, third with 19.5. There will be no bridge play on Memorial Day.

Register for Blair learn-to-swim lessons

The Warren County YMCA is taking registration for the summer Blair Learn-to-Swim program. There will be four two-week sessions this summer for youths aged 4 to 12. Lessons will begin June 16. Stop by the YMCA at 212 Lexington Avenue in Warren to register.

Auditions today

for ‘Macbeth’

Auditions for Warren Players production of “Macbeth” will be held on Wednesday, May 21, and Thursday, May 22, at 6 p.m. at Struthers Library Theatre. Come ready with a one to two-minute monologue. If you do not have a monologue prepared for the audition there will be selections available to read. People auditioning should be between the ages of 15 and 24. This will be a student directed show; show dates are July 24-27.
