ACC blood screening
There will be a blood sugar screening at the Allegheny Community Center on Tuesday, May 20 from 11 a.m. to noon. The screening will be done by Nancy Mague, the Diabetes Coordinator from Warren General Hospital. No fasting necessary. The Allegheny Community Center is located at 42 Clark Street in Warren.

AOC on the move
On Wednesday, May 21, the Allegheny Outdoor Club will ride bikes in the Akeley area. Participants will meet at the Jamestown Audubon at 5:30 p.m. and ride to the Akeley store for ice cream then return to the center. For more information call Pat Spicer at (814) 757-8331.

The BonTon luncheon group will meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at Cable Hollow.
LWV annual meeting
The public is invited to attend the annual meeting of the League of Women Voters of Warren County, on Wednesday, May 21, at the Slater Room of the Warren Public Library. The program will inlcude “Woman’s Rights National Historical Park” where in 1848 the First Women’s Right Convention was held in Seneca Falls, New York. Bruce and Christa Williams visited the park and bring the history to life in their presentation. The park includes the National Women’s Hall of Fame, Seneca Falls Heritage Visitor Center, museums, and historical buildings. During the annual meeting persons will learn about the work of the Warren League. Hearty appetizers will be at 5:30 p.m., meeting at 6 p.m. and the program at 6:30 p.m.
The Youngsville High school Class of 1954 will meet at Richard?s Restaurant in Youngsville on Tuesday, May 20 at 9 a.m.
