Norma Dee Chamberlain, 81, of Alpharetta, GA passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014, at her home in Alpharetta, GA.
She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on August 4, 1932, to the late Naomi and Paul Schultz. Norma graduated from Ambridge High School and received an associate’s degree in business. She married the late James Chamberlain and is survived by son James Craig Chamberlain of Cumming, GA and daughters Sharon Fyfe of Rochester, NY and Kristin Chamberlain of Alpharetta, GA. She is also survived by her sister Connie Thomas of Port Charlotte, FL, 2 grandchildren, 6 greatgrandchildren and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death in 1973 by her oldest daughter Gaye, sisters Nancy Vish and Bonnie Schultz.
Norma was a beloved member of the community and an avid sports fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. She was affectionately called Momma Dee by her friends and family.
A viewing will be held at home at 12 p.m. on Thursday at the Roswell Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place at 1 p.m.
The burial will take place at Warren County Memorial Park in Warren, PA on Monday May 19 at 12 p.m.
