Five cases handled in central court
Two guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against another and two were held for court as a result of central court proceedings held on April 30 with District Justice Glenn Carlson presiding.
Guilty pleas were entered by the following:
Tyler Scott Whitney to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia while one count of sell/furnish liquor, etc. minor was withdrawn.
Andrew Ryan to one count of theft by unlawful taking movable property. One count each of receiving stolen property and criminal mischief damage property were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
Victor Lewis Merritt. One count of failure to carry registration was withdrawn. Eight other charges, including DUI, were waived for court.
The following were held for court:
Jeremy Lee Paden. Paden has been charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief damage property.
Earnest Younce. Younce has been charged intimidation witness/vit refrain from report, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and retaliation against witness or victim.
