11 cases handled during county court arraignments

Two pleaded guilty, nine pleaded not guilty and three bench warrants were issued during arraignment court proceedings on May 8 before Judge Gregory Hammond.

The following pleaded guilty:

Jesse Paul Morton, 16695 State Hwy. 18, Albion, Pa., to an added count of retail theft. One count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted. He was sentenced and ordered to pay costs and a $300 fine.

Thomas James VanHouten, 1625 Stilson Hill Rd., Pittsfield, to a count of indecent exposure. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.

The following pleaded not guilty:

Makkia Nicole Haines, Warren County Jail, who has been charged with operating a methamphetamine laboratory, criminal conspiracy (operating a methamphetamine laboratory), liquified ammonia gas precursors and chemicals, possession with intent to deliver, hindering apprehension or prosecution, endangering welfare of child, corruption of minors, 18 counts of recklessly endangering another person, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, 10 counts of manufacturing of methamphetamine with child present, knowingly possess ephedrine and causing or risking catastrophe.

Karestee Renee Hoak, 113 N. Carver St., who has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, careless driving and stop signs and yield signs.

Tyler J. Humes, 419 Water St., Apt. 3, who has been charged with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tina M. Miscik, 2930 Collins Rd., Spring Creek, who has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving and vehicular hazard signal lamps.

Mitchal Allen Peterson, 26 S. South St., who has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) first offense, careless driving, driving on right side of roadway and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Jessi Lin Solock, 211 Monroe St., who has been charged with DUI: General impairment safe driving with accident first offense, DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, driving while under suspension and careless driving.

Jamie James Watson, Warren County Jail, who has been charged with assault by prisoner, simple assault and harassment.

Dylan Allen Winslow, 9 S. Marion St., who has been charged with DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, careless driving and restraint systems.

Jacqueline Nicole Zaner, 311 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Apt. 2, who has been charged with aggravated assault (extreme indifference), simple assault, terroristic threats, causing or risking catastrophe and three counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Bench warrants were issued for the following:

Steven Todd Flick, 516 Oakland Dr., who has been charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), loitering and prowling at night time and three counts of defiant trespass.

Austin Wade Slater, 11942 Pope Rd., Randolph, N.Y., who has been charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy (retail theft) and receiving stolen property. A separate bench warrant was issued for Slater on another docket with identical charges.

Two guilty pleas were also entered during plea court proceedings before President Judge Maureen Skerda on April 25.

The following pleaded guilty:

Jason Allen Seybert, 121 Jackson Run Rd., to one count of theft by unlawful taking.

Brandon Lee Shirley, 22 Homestead Dr., Youngsville, to one count of disorderly conduct. A count of persons not to possess, use, etc. firearms was not prosecuted.
