Cited. Warren City Police said two juvenile males, both 14 years old, were cited for disorderly conduct on April 25 after a fight was reported.
Charged. Warren City Police said Justin Johnson, 24, Warren, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 25 after police responded to his residence for a welfare check.
Charged. Warren City Police said Paul Bureau, 48, Nashau, N.H., was charged with DUI, DUI .16 percent first Offense-Refusal and one-way roadways on April 26 following a traffic stop of a vehicle travelling the wrong way on a one-way street.
Cited. Warren City Police said Rachel Brunson, 19, Warren, was cited with underage drinking on April 27 after officers responded to a noise complaint at a residence.
Cited. Warren City Police said Ashley Spicer, 28, Tiona, was cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on April 29 after a disturbance was reported to police.
Charged. Warren City Police said Karen Bailey, 32, Warren, was charged with disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness on May 3 after police responded to a domestic dispute.
Cited. Warren City Police said Hashaun Leeper Sr., 38, Jamestown, N.Y., was cited with two counts of harassment on April 28 after police responded to a domestic dispute.
Cited. Warren City Police said Debra Blum, 50, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 2 after a past-tense report of an assault was made to police.
Charged. Warren City Police said Leslie Clark, 22, Warren, was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children on April 29 following an investigation by police.
Cited. Warren City Police said Troy Johnson, 50, Clarion, was cited for public drunkenness on April 30 after police responded to a report of a subject refusing to leave a residence. Police said he was placed in the Warren County Prison on a probation violation.
Cited. Warren City Police said Devon Reese, 22, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness on May 1 after it was reported to police that an intoxicated male was walking down the street.
Cited. Warren City Police said Corey Shirely, 24, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male at a local business.
Cited. Warren City Police said Jay D. Johnson, 24, and Jami Slater, 23, both of Warren, were cited for public drunkenness after police came into contact with them walking in the roadway on May 3.
Cited. Warren City Police said Deborah Penley, 36, Sugar Grove, was cited for following too closely after a two-car accident at the intersection of Market Street and Sixth Avenue on April 28.
Cited. Warren City Police said Susan Libby, 67, Warren, was cited for careless driving following a two-car accident at the intersection of Market Street and Third Avenue on April 28.
Cited. Warren City Police said Jack Larson, 56, Warren, was cited for following too closely following a two-car accident at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue E. and Conewango Avenue on April 29.
Charged. Warren City Police said Sarah Schwartztrauber, 21, Altoona, and Jessica Nelson, 33, Sheffield, were charged with criminal trespass after police received a report of a suspicious female walking around a structure with a flashlight on April 26. Police said two females were found inside the structure without permission of the owner.
Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on National Forge Road, 131 feet east of FR 200, at 9:25 p.m. April 30. According to police, Kenneth Seyler, 21, Sheffield, was eastbound on National Forge Road in a 2000 Ford Taurus. Police said Seyler’s vehicle entered a righthand curve, went across the westbound lane onto the northern shoulder, followed the curvature of the roadway, then went down an embankment for approximately 150 feet before hitting the bottom of the embankment. Police said Seyler and his passenger, Devin Powell, 22, Youngsville, were not injured. Police said Seyler was cited for roadways laned for traffic.
Charged. Warren-based state police said Zachery Armstrong, 23, Youngsville, was charged with simple assault following an incident at an Indian Camp Run Road residence at 9:50 p.m. May 1. According to police, Armstrong subjected a 26-year-old female from Youngsville to physical contact causing injury to her neck. Police said Armstrong was arraigned before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth; bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.
Trespass by motor vehicle. Warren-based state police said someone drove through a field, and off of an oil lease road owned by Richard Tenney at 2795 Ongley Hill Rd. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Arrested. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hatch Run Road, six-tenths of a mile east of Hatch Drive, at 3:40 a.m. April 19. According to police, Christian Falvo, 21, Warren, was westbound on Hatch Run Road in a 2007 Ford F-150 when it veered off the berm and into a yard. Police said Falvo tried to get his vehicle back onto the road, then began to skid counterclockwise across both lanes of traffic and went into a ditch along the eastbound lane. Police said Falvo, who denied being injured, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI. He was also charged with roadways laned for traffic.
Cited. Warren-based state police said G.G. Greene Estate was cited at 8:43 a.m. May 1 for having in excess of three false alarms within a 12-month period.
Pine Grove Twp.
Theft. Perry Wenzel, 51, reported to Warren-based state police that a fishing boat cover was taken from his Race Street residence between May 2 and 3. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Charged. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Cable Hollow Road, east of Mill Road, at 9:30 p.m. April 30. According to police, Samuel Russo, 42, Kane, was westbound on Cable Hollow Road and coming out of a righthand curve when his 2003 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway on the southern berm, traveled approximately 60 feet before hitting a mailbox, then another 90 feet before spinning in a clockwise direction, then approximately 80 feet in a southwest direction and backwards prior to coming to rest in a shallow ditch, stuck in the mud. Police said Russo was charged with speeding.
Charged. Warren-based state police said Nathan Trisket, 31, was stopped on Pleasant Drive at 2:08 a.m. April 13 after committing a traffic violation in his 1999 Ford F-150. Police said Trisket had an ignition interlock requirement on his driver’s license, but no interlock system was located or installed in his registered vehicle. Police said charges were filed on April 22.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Vehicle sought. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Page Hollow Road, near Hazeltine Hollow Road, at 7:18 a.m. May 2. According to police, John Gedz, 49, was southbound on Page Hollow Road in a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 when a northbound vehicle’s driver side mirror hit the driver side mirror of Gedz’s vehicle. Police said Gedz stopped his vehicle, but the northbound vehicle fled the scene. Police said the vehicle may have been a black or dark blue Ford work truck with tool boxes along the side of the bed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
DUI. Warren-based state police said Kristina Schott, 34, Warren, and William Free, 40, Sheffield, face DUI charges and other summary traffic violations following an incident at 11:20 p.m. April 29 on Route 6 near Second Street. According to police, Schott was westbound on Route 6 when she drove onto a raised curb off the eastern berm and her vehicle became immobile. Police said Schott then entered into a verbal altercation with Free and got out of the vehicle. Free got out of the vehicle, then back into the vehicle in the driver’s seat. Police said he drove the vehicle off the curb and across Route 6 into a gas station parking lot. Police said it was determined that Schott and Free were under the influence of alcohol.
Burglary. Warren-based state police said at 2:20 a.m. May 4 someone entered the locked Church Street residence of a 68-year-old man and stole a bottle of Hydrocodon. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
