14 defendants enter pleas in county proceeding

A total of 14 defendants entered pleas during change of plea court proceedings Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Entering pleas were:

Kevin M. Blakeslee, 26 Fourth St., Youngsville, guilty to four counts of harassment. A charge of stalking; and 100 additional counts of harassment; were not prosecuted.

Karen Brown, Jamestown, N.Y., guilty to theft by unlawful taking. A charge of retail theft was not prosecuted.

Carolyn Beth Dickson, 415 Jackson Run Road, no contest to retail theft.

Renae Lynn English, 100 Park Ave., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – second offense; and period for requiring lighted lamps. Charges of DUI: general impairment – second offense; and driving on right side of roadway; were not prosecuted.

Jason Edward Haight, 3 New St., guilty to possession with intent to deliver. Three counts of endangering welfare of child; and 11 counts of criminal use of a communications facility; were not prosecuted.

Jessica L. Hesch, 11 Monroe St., guilty to controlled substance, drug device, and cosmetic act. An additional count of controlled substance, drug device, and cosmetic act; one of forgery; and two of procure any drug for self or other by fraud or forgery; were not prosecuted.

Nikkia Rowland Lindstrom, 104 Buchanan St., Apt. 3, guilty to theft by deception.

Robert A. Parsons, 201 N. Carver St., and Warren County jail, no contest to aggravated indecent assault; and indecent assault. Charges including two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse; aggravated indecent assault; indecent assault; simple assault; harassment; and possession of drug paraphernalia; were not prosecuted.

Alexander Scott Peterson, 842 Benjamin Lane, guilty to corruption of minors. Charges of statutory sexual assault; and indecent assault; were not prosecuted.

Timothy J. Rosequist, 504 Pierson St., Youngsville, guilty to DUI: general impairment – second offense.

John Michael Sheehy, Warren County jail, guilty to persons not to possess, use, etc. firearms; and theft by unlawful taking. Charges of theft by unlawful taking; and three counts of persons not to possess, use, etc. firearms; were not prosecuted.

Jamie James Watson, 10 Madison Ave. and 883 Follett Run Road, guilty to aggravate assault – injury to police officer; resisting arrest or other law enforcement; recklessly endangering another person; criminal mischief; public drunkenness; criminal trespass; and two counts of disorderly conduct. Charges of aggravated assault – injury to police officer; institutional vandalism; endangering welfare of a child; loitering and prowling at night time; two counts of disorderly conduct; possession of a small amount of marijuana; possession of controlled substance; criminal mischief; and public drunkenness; were not prosecuted.

Dakota James Wilson, 1211 Sechrist St., no contest to theft by receiving stolen property. A charge of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.
