Pleas entered in Warren County Court

During change of plea court proceedings Monday at Warren County Courthouse, more than 30 defendants entered guilty pleas before Judge Maureen Skerda.

Entering pleas were:

Addell Aikins, 143 Butternut Court, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol, second offense; and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Charges of endangering welfare of child; and DUI: general impairment, second, were not prosecuted.

Jason Jay Anthony, 85 Gorton Road, Youngsville, guilty to failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders. A second count of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders not prosecuted.

Seth Ryan Beckwith, 10978 Route 6, Clarendon, guilty to corruption of minors; driving on roadways laned for traffic; and restraint systems. Charges of carrying and exhibiting drivers license on demand; notice of change of name/address; and possession with intent to deliver were not prosecuted.

Kymberli Ann Bogardus, Jamestown, N.Y., guilty to obstructing administration of law or other government; false identification to law enforcement; and pedestrians crossing at other than crosswalks. A charge of escape was not prosecuted.

Aaron Matthew Constantino, Ashville, N.Y., guilty to DUI: high rate of alcohol, second offense; and driving on right side of roadway. Charges of DUI: general impairment, second offense; DUI: general impairment with accident, second offense; driving vehicle at safe speed; and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Lawrence Allen Devereaux, 3419 Hemlock Road, guilty to two counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana; DUI: general impairment, second offense; DUI: highest rate of alcohol, second offense; driving while under suspension with DUI; driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; and overtaking vehicle on the left. Charges including two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; DUI: general impairment, second; driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; maximum speed limits; careless driving; and DUI: general impairment, third offense were not prosecuted.

John Gordon Eck, 302 W. Main St., P.O. Box 253, Sheffield, guilty to harassment. A charge of simple assault was not prosecuted.

Steven Michael Gaddy, 327 Nuhfer Lane, guilty to harassment. A charge of simple assault was not prosecuted.

Jeffrey Joseph Grove, Erie, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol, first offense; and restriction on alcoholic beverages. Charges of DUI: general impairment, first offense; and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.

Christopher James Hairr, 15235 Route 6, Clarendon, guilty to corruption of minors.

Mark Albert Huwalt, Bethel Park, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol, second offense; notice of change of name or address; and driving on right side of roadway. Charges of DUI: general impairment, second offense; stop signs and yield signs; turning movements and required signals; and driving vehicle at safe speed were not prosecuted.

Nathaniel Clinton Johnson, Jamestown, N.Y., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol, first offense; careless driving; and trespass by motor vehicle. Charges of DUI: general impairment with accident, first offense; DUI: controlled substances, first offense; driving on right side of roadway; driving on roadways laned for traffic; driving vehicle at safe speed; required financial responsibility; trespass by motor vehicle; accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property; and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

David James Kleehamer, 110 Elm St., Apt. A, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of DUI: general impairment, second offense; possession of a small amount of marijuana; and restriction on alcoholic beverages were not prosecuted.

Rob Alan McFetridge, Pleasantville, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol, first offense; and careless driving. Charges of firearm not to be carried without a license; DUI: general impairment with accident, first offense; driving on roadways laned for traffic; and driving vehicle at safe speed were not prosecuted.

Christopher McMillen, 1111 Mead Run Road, Youngsville, guilty to DUI: with accident; false reports; driving under suspension; and restraint systems. Additional charges were not prosecuted.

Douglas Ray Moore, Wattsburg, guilty to two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Charges including two counts of access device fraud; theft from a motor vehicle; and identity theft were not prosecuted.

James R. Noonan, Coalport, guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of controlled substance; and public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

Heather Michelle Pierce, 604 Holly St., Apt. F3, guilty to harassment. A charge of simple assault was not prosecuted.

Devin William-Miles Powell, 220 W. Main St., Youngsville, guilty to simple assault; and corruption of minors. A charge of criminal conspiracy – aggravated assault was not prosecuted.

Kevin David Rainey, 209 Terrace St., guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted.

David L. Rhoades, 6294 Route 62, Irvine, guilty to DUI: general impairment with refusal, second offense; driving on right side of roadway; and careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment, second offense; registration card to be signed/exhibited on demand; required financial responsibility; driving on roadways laned for traffic; and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Michael Joseph Rogers, Girard, guilty to aggravated assault. Charges of harassment; and terroristic threats were not prosecuted.

Alexander Lee Rosenburgh, 1486 Fiddlers Green Road, Grand Valley, guilty to escape; and theft by receiving stolen property. A charge of institutional vandalism was not prosecuted.

Corey Michael Shirley, 34 Glade Ave., guilty to simple assault; and harassment. A charge of terroristic threats was not prosecuted.

Andrew Scott Sivi, 215 N. State St., guilty to retail theft. A charge of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

Donald Lee Sturdevant, 317 Oneida St., guilty to DUI: general impairment with refusal, second offense. Charges of obedience to traffic control devices; traffic control signals; and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Raymond Earl Taft, 2 S. Irvine St., guilty to failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders. A second count of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders was not prosecuted.

Trevor John Watson, 13 Crestmont Dr., guilty to DUI: general impairment with accident, first offense; and careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment, first offense; and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property were not prosecuted.
