Arrested. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Melissa Bailey, 32, 901 Lincoln Ave., at 3:30 p.m. April 15 on a warrant issued by District Justice Strohmeyer in Erie on a charge of retail theft. Bailey was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson, paid fines and cost and was released.
Arrested. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Wayne Glasgow, 23, 4955 Route 27, Garland, at 10:45 a.m. April 15 on a warrant issued by District Justice Glenn Carlson on a charge of harassment with physical contact. Glasgow was taken before Carlson, then remanded to the Warren County Jail.
Pine Grove Twp.
Scattering rubbish. Warren-based state police said between March 29 and April 14 someone discarded a refrigerator and a couch on the property owned by the Pine Grove Surgery Center without permission. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Arrested. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Linda Vinopal, 25, 1 Anchor St., at 1:30 p.m. April 15 on a warrant issued by District Justice Glenn Carlson for driving while under suspension. Vinopal was taken before Carlson and then released pending further court action.
Charged. Tidioute Borough Police said Timothy Pickard, 30, Sharon, was charged with theft by deception and bad checks on April 15. Police said Pickard issued a check from a closed account to Polly’s Market on Jan. 24 for $407.89. Police said charges were filed at District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Burglary. Roger Young Jr., Youngsville, reported to Youngsville Borough Police that between 8 p.m. April 10 and 9:50 p.m. April 11 someone entered a shed behind his house and stole approximately $300 worth of trout fishing lures. Anyone with information is asked to contact the borough police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
