Charged. Warren City Police said Deborah Suppa, 59, Warren, was charged with DUI and DUI .16 percent or higher on March 23 after they responded to a report that a vehicle was stuck in a driveway.
Charged. Warren City Police said Mitchal Peterson, 21, Warren, was charged with DUI, DUI .10 percent to .16 percent, careless driving, driving on right side of roadway and driving on roadways laned for traffic on March 28 following a traffic accident in which a vehicle had struck a tree on Elm Street.
Charged. Warren City Police said Taylor Humes, 21, Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on March 27 stemming from an incident on March 11 after his employer called police to report he had been found in possession of the paraphernalia.
Charged. Warren City Police said Stephanie Baum, 20, and Douglas Muzzy, 23, both of Warren, were charged with a violation of a PFA after they both violated their respective PFAs on March 31. Police said Baum was remanded to the Warren County Jail on $2,000 bail and Muzzy was remanded to the jail on $25,000 bail.
Charged. Warren City Police said Andrew Ryan, 33, Warren, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief on April 2 after police received a report of a man walking down the street carrying a street sign.
Charged. Warren City Police said James Scott, 55, Warren, was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and public drunkenness on April 4 after he called 911 and threatened bodily harm to people known to him. Police said he was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Prison on $2,500 bail.
Charged. Warren City Police said Timothy Edwards, 47, Warren, was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize on April 5 after police responded to an active domestic dispute. Police said he was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Prison on $2,500 bail.
Cited. Warren City Police said Anthony Jashureck Jr., 43, and Brian Jashureck, 19, both of Warren, were cited for harassment following a domestic dispute.
DUI. On April 5 at 10:48 p.m., Warren-based state police stopped a vehicle operated by Rocky Jordan, 57, of Clarendon at the intersection Anchor and Weaver Streets. Jordan was stopped for a traffic violation and was suspected of driving under the influence at the time of the stop. Police report Jordan was placed under arrest and taken to the Warren barracks for processing. Two counts of DUI, careless driving, and summary traffic violations were charged against Jordan in District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Missing Person. Warren-based state police report on April 4 at 8 a.m., Cindy Lee Ailes, 56, of Warren failed to show-up for an appointment and has yet to be heard from. Police report Ailes is 5′ 7″ tall, weighing 155 lbs., with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan sweater, with an unknown color undershirt, blue jeans, tan clogs, and a tan and black striped purse. She was driving a gold 2005 Nissan Maxima bearing PA Registration HZV2138 and two rear bumper stickers. If anyone has any information regarding her wereabouts, please contact the Warren-based state police.
DUI. Warren-based state police report an accident occurred on Rt. 6 just east of the Rt. 27 split in Pittsfield on April 3 at 10:02 p.m. According to police, the vehicle operated by Russell Anderson, 45, of Bear Lake, left the roadway and became stuck in the ditch between the eastbound shoulder of Rt. 6 and the railway tracks. Police said Anderson fled the scene on foot, eventually obtaining a ride from a passerby into the City of Warren. Upon further investigation, the identity of the driver was obtained and verified. It was also discovered, due to witness testimony, the accused was under the influence at the time of the crash. Two charges of DUI, careless driving and roadways laned for traffic will be filed against the accused in District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Alcohol to minors. Warren-based state police report on April 4 at 9:39 p.m., Tyler Whitney, 21, of Sheffield, was found to have provided a 19-year-old male with beer while at the Sheffield Boat Launch. Police report Whitney was also found to be in possession of a glass marijuana smoking pipe containing marijuana residue. Charges will be filed in District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office.
Underage drinking. Warren-based state police report on April 4 at 9:39 p.m. Christian Misulich, 19, of Tiona, was found to be in possession of an open16 oz. can of beer while at the Sheffield Boat Launch. He will be charged via non-traffic citation through the office of District Justice Glenn Carlson.
