10 pleas entered during arraignment and plea court

One defendant pleaded guilty while nine entered not guilty pleas during arraignment and plea court proceedings before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday morning.

David C. Oberg, 119 Vine St., pleaded guilty to one count of terroristic threats and one count of defiant trespass. A count of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted. On a separate docket, a count of intimidation of witnesses or victims was not prosecuted.

The following pleaded not guilty:

Edgardo Enrique Casillas-Cotto, 206 Barrett St., Jamestown, N.Y. Casillas-Cotto has been charged with one count each of possession small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance schedule one first offense, DUI: Controlled substances impaired ability first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed and careless driving.

Ryann Leigh Hyde, 5 Ditmar St., Warren. Hyde has been charged with one count each of DUI: General impairment incapable of safe driving first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed and careless driving.

Alexander Scott Peterson, 842 Benjamin Lane, Warren. Peterson has been charged with one count each of statutory sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Richard Robert Reilly, 405 Mead Ave., Corry. Reilly has been charged with one count of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Brandy Sue Skinner, 104 Lansing St., Warren. Skinner has been charged with one count of retail theft.

Raymond Dale Snyder, Warren County Jail. Snyder has been charged with one count each of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Wayne Martin Spicer, 163 Saybrook Road, Sheffield. Spicer has been charged with two counts of simple assault and one count of harassment.

Alexander Cori Stinedurf, 301 Apache Ave., Corry. Stinedurf has been charged with one count each of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

Antonieo Devon Thomas, 522 Crescent St., Jamestown. Thomas has been charged with one count of retail theft.
