Warren

Arrest Warrant. On Feb. 20 at 3 p.m., PA State Constables arrested Sarah Trauber, 21, of Altoona, on an arrest warrant issued for possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespassing. The arrest was made in Warren. Trauber was taken before District Judge Glenn Carlson and remanded to the Warren County Prison.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police report investigating a burglary which occurred on Feb. 18, between 1:45 pm. and 3:37 pm. According to police, an unknown suspect forced entry into the residence of Bambi Carrington, 50, Irvine, through the front door. Once inside the residence, the suspect proceeded to rummage through Carrington’s belongings and took items including a black Revelation bolt action shotgun with black stock and a mounted nikon scope, a Mossberg bolt action 20 gauge shotgun with wooden stock and black nylon shell carrier, a black Asus-Nexus 7 Google 16GB tablet (Serial Number: D8OKBC497627), a silver Kodak Easy Shot digital camera and a pink Nintendo DS gaming system. The estimated value of the stolen items totals approximately $1,000.

Limestone Twp.

Indecent Assault/Corruption of Minors. Warren-based police report investigating an incident of indecent assault which occurred November, 2013. According to police, Lawrence Robert McGuigan, 70, Tidioute, sexually assaulted a known 16 year-old female.

Charges of corruption of minors and indecent assault were filed with District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth’s office and McGuigan was committed to the Warren County jail in lieu of $50,000.00.

Spring Creek Twp.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police report investigating an incident of criminal mischief which occurred between Jan. 15 and Feb. 18 at a Florida Resident’s camp. According to police, unknown actor(s) damaged the front door and door latch.

Damages total $25.
