Warren County Youth Baseball/Softball Association (WCYBSA) registration is online again this year, through March 9, at www.wcybsa.org.

Gymnastics

The Warren YMCA Powerhouse Gymnastics team – Levels 2,3,4 and 8 – traveled to Greensburg for an invitational recently.

College news

Warren Area High School graduate Kelsey Nuhfer was 11th overall out of 16 in the finals of the 50-yard freestyle event, tying a personal-best in 24.25 seconds, for California University of Pa. at the PSAC Championships Thursday in York. Her 200 medley relay team was sixth in 1:47.54, a season-best time.

Big 30 player

Sheffield High School senior Noah Heeter has joined the Pennsylvania roster for the Don Raabe Big 30 Charities Classic All-Star Football Game in August in Bradford. Heeter was an Olean Times Herald Big 30 All-/star as a senior, and an Allegheny Mountain League all-star, as a 6-foot-1 wide receiver/tight end and defensive end.
