20 enter pleas during arraignment court

Four defendants entered pleas of guilty and 16 entered pleas of not guilty during Warren County Arraignment Court proceedings Feb. 13 before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Guilt pleas included:

Roger W. Lampman, 68 Water St., Apt. 1, Jamestown, Ny., to a count of receiving stolen property. A charge of theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking and theft by receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

Timothy A. McMillen, 4060 Matthews Run Rd., Youngsville, to one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance – schedule I, careless driving and restraint systems. One charge each of possession – small amount of marijuana, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, driving too closely, turning movements and required signals and maximum speed limits were not prosecuted.

Gabriel Eli O’Neil, 124 Conewango Ave., to one count each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident, driving while under suspension, careless driving and operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection. One charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: General impairment (BAC .08 – .1), accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property and stop signs and yield signs were not prosecuted.

Ashley Marie Johnson, 1646 River Rd., to one count each of DUI: Combined alcohol and drug or combination of drugs, driver required to be licensed, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and careless driving. One charge each of DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving and maximum speed limits were not prosecuted.

Not guilty pleas included:

Yvonne Nicole Ames, 8 Robertson Dr., Youngsville, to one charge each of DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – schedule I, II, III, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability, DUI: Combined alcohol and drug or combination of drugs and driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked.

Seth Ryan Beckwith, 10978 Rt. 6, Clarendon, to one charge each of corruption of minors, carrying and exhibiting drivers license on demand, notice of change of name/address, driving on roadways laned for traffic, restraint systems and possession with intent to deliver.

James Dale Blankenship, 207 Madison Ave., to a charge of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Robert Mitchell Cote, 2947 West 23rd St., Erie, to one charge each of burglary, criminal conspiracy (burglary), theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

Shanda Rae Filiatrault, 8 Rollins St., to seven charges each of forgery and theft by unlawful taking and five charges of access device fraud.

Aaron Stephen Hall, 56 Keystone Ave., Sheffield, to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Jessica A. Heffernan, 501 Edgewood Dr., Melbourne Fl., to one charge each of burglary, criminal conspiracy (burglary), theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal mischief.

Marlee Noel Huddleson, 419 Water St., Apt. 4, to one charge each of forgery, access device fraud and identity theft.

Kimberly F. Lawson, 20 1/2 Linwood St., to a charge of bad checks.

Stephen Andrew Musante, 23 Elm St., to one charge each of terroristic threats, stalking, obscene and other sexual materials, harassment and open lewdness.

Brandon Lee Shirley, 22 Homestead Dr., Youngsville, to a charge of person not to possess, use, etc. firearms.

Raymond Earl Taft, 2 South Irvine St., to two charges of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Anthony J. Triscari, 34 Second St., Apt. 1, Youngsville, to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Randy Allen Westfall, 1321 Cole Hill Rd., Russell, to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), restriction on alcoholic beverages and careless driving.

Kira Jane Whitaker, 23 Crossman St., Jamestown, Ny., to four charges each of forgery, access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and theft by receiving stolen property.

William Henry Wilcox, 31 East Wayne St., to one charge each of corruption of minors, selling/furnishing liquor/malt/brewed beverage to minor and disorderly conduct.
