March 19, 4-H to start Robotics club

Is your child interested in science and how things work? During the 2014 Pennsylvania 4-H week, March 16-22, Warren County 4-H will launch a new robotics club.

All youth ages 8-18 can learn to design, build and program robotics. The club will start out with Junk Drawer Robotics and progress on to use LEGO robotic kits. There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 19, at 6 p.m. at the Warren County Penn State Extension office, at 100 Dillon Drive in Youngsville.

Those who are interested in joining, or for more information, call the extension office at 563-9388 or e-mail Meggi Wilcox at mlw5609@ag.psu.edu.

The 4-H program is a youth development program of Penn State Cooperative Extension. It is open to all youth between the ages of 8 and 19.
