Charged. City of Warren police reported that David McManigle, 33, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and Tika Smith, 27, Warren, was cited for harassment after police were dispatched to a verbal disturbance in the parking lot of a local business on Jan. 30.
Crash. City of Warren police reported that Lisa Campbell, 30, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with following too closely following a two-car accident on Hickory Street on Feb. 3.
Crash. City of Warren police reported that Samantha McGaughey, 26, Warren, was cited for driving while suspended, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, duty to give information and careless driving on Feb. 4 after she struck an unattended vehicle.
Terroristic threats. City of Warren police reported that Jeffrey Fields, 32, Warren, was charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize on Feb. 8 after police were called to a domestic dispute at his residence.
Crash. City of Warren police reported that Cynthia Brader, 57, Warren, was cited with careless driving following a two-car accident at Market Street and Pennsylvania Ave. W. on Feb. 8.
Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that Carol Schaffer, 37, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct on Feb. 10 after officers were dispatched to a disturbance.
DUI. City of Warren police reported that Donald Backstrom, 35, Warren, was charged with DUI, DUI .16 or higher, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic following a traffic accident on Jackson Avenue on Feb. 11.
Rape of a child. City of Warren police reported that a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, incest with a child and indecent assault on Feb. 7 following an investigation by police.
Harassment. Warren-based state police report on Feb. 5, Erin Van Horn, 21, Warren, was cited with one count of harassment following a physical altercation with Alesha Butterfield, 19, Warren.
DUI. Corry-based state police reported that on Feb. 13 Gale Arthur Flick, 40, Grand Valley, was stopped on Route 77 at Akam Road at 2 a.m. for a traffic violation. According to police, Flick was interviewed and determined to be intoxicated. DUI and summary traffic charges are pending before District Justice Carol Southwich.
