Win at bridge

Winners in Monday evening duplicate bridge play at the YMCA were Matt Oram and Doug Megill, first with 27; Hal and Mary Conarro, second with 25; and Sally Steele and My Ignatius, third with 23.

Pancakes served

A Pancake Supper will be served form 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, at Lander United Methodist Church. Proceeds will benefit adult missions. Price will be a donation.

Class to lunch

Warren High School Class of 1946 will have lunch at noon Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the Conewango Club, Market St., Warren.

Women to lunch

Warren High School Class of 1948 will have a women’s lunch at noon Thursday, Feb. 13, at Perkins Restaurant, Ludlow St., Warren.

Valentines sung

The Conewango Clippers, Warren County’s chorus, will continue the tradition of singing Valentines in February. For a cost of $29.95, a barbershop quartet from the Conewango Clippers will serenade the love of your life – spouse, intended, significant other or anyone who would appreciate being serenaded – on Valentine s Day, Friday, Feb. 14. The quartet will travel to each recipient and sing three songs. To reserve a singing Valentine, call 779-1807.

Polka Sunday

The Slovenian Polka Boosters will dance from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, at the Ridgway Moose Club. Ray Skovenski of Avonmore will provide music for all types of dancing. The public is invited. For information, call Paul Leofsky at 563-7516.
