Judge accepts pleas from nine

Six defendants pleaded not guilty, three others entered guilty pleas, and a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of another during Warren County arraignment court proceedings Thursday before Judge Maureen Skerda.

The following entered not guilty pleas:

Jason Jay Anthony, 85 Gorton Rd., Youngsville, charged with two counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Shawn M. Keener, 15 Oak St., Apt. 2, charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal mischief.

Chad Daniel McLaughlin, 203 Main St., Tidioute, charged with DUI: general impairment – first offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol – first offense, and careless driving.

Alexander Lee Rosenburgh, 1486 Fiddlers Green Rd., Grand Valley, charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

William Allen Streit, 107 Oak St., charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Antonieo Devon Thomas, Jamestown, N.Y., charged with retail theft, and two counts of criminal conspiracy – retail theft.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Leanne J. Dowdall, Mayville, N.Y., guilty to retail theft. A charge of criminal conspiracy – retail theft – was not prosecuted.

Jeromy Michael Kemery, Cyclone, guilty to retail theft.

Curtis Bryce Randall, Corry, guilty to DUI: high rate of alcohol – second offense, and careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment – second offense, and maximum speed limits were not prosecuted.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Lawrence Devereaux, 3419 Hemlock Rd., charged with DUI: general impairment – third offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol – third offense, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.
