Eight enter guilty pleas in Warren County Court

Eight defendants entered pleas of guilty during Warren County Court proceeding Monday afternoon before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Guilty pleas were entered by:

David W. Fleming, Warren County Jail, to one count each of criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Fleming also agreed to pay full restitution. Charges of burglary and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

Richard Allen Goodman, 131 Russell St., to a count of harassment. A charge of indecent assault was not prosecuted.

Chad J. Goodwin, 5395 Market St., to one count each of theft and theft by deception. Two charges each of identity theft and forgery and an additional charge of theft by deception were not prosecuted.

Joshua Caleb Harrington, 16419 Rt. 27, Grand Valley, to one count each of possession – small amount of marijuana and simple assault. A charge of harassment was not prosecuted.

Lawrence Laskowski, 1545 West 27th St., Erie, to one count each of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and driving on roadways laned for traffic. A charge of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving was not prosecuted.

Blair Edward Phillips, 108 Oak St., Apt. 706, to a count of theft by receiving stolen property. A charge of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.

Robert Willis Proctor, Warren County Jail, to one count each of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility and driving while under suspension – with DUI. One charge each of possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy (possession of a controlled substance) and two additional charges driving while under suspension – with DUI were not prosecuted.

John Walter Soderberg, 506 Rt. 27, Pittsfield, to one count each of theft by receiving stolen property and possession – small amount of marijuana. One charge each of theft from a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the controlled substance, drug device and cosmetic act.
