Eisenhower 57

Eisenhower lost a non-region game, 66-57, to Titusville on Thursday at Eisenhower High School.

The first half of the game was fast with a lot of lead changes, leaving the Knights on top 25-21 at the half. Some momentum was lost in the third, but the Knights came back with intensity, scoring 20 points in the fourth with two field goals and a 3-pointer coming from Casey Vincent within 30 seconds, but it wasn’t enough.

“They played pretty well and very hard as a team,” said Eisenhower coach Dave Allenson, whose Knights are 10-4 overall. “I think what hurt us the most were long rebounds and not being able to find (Titusville’s) top scorer.”

Kyle Hunt had seven rebounds, Vincent four steals and John Potts four assists.
