DUKE CENTER – Otto-Eldred outscored Youngsville’s boys basketball team 21-5 in the second quarter and kept Youngsville winless with a 60-44 cross-district win on Wednesday at Otto-Eldred.

Collin Lehnen led Youngsville (0-14) with 21 points.
