Charged. Warren City Police said Trevor Watson, 25, Warren, was charged with DUI (3 counts), careless driving and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle following a hit and run accident on Fifth Avenue where two parked vehicles were struck on Dec. 29.
Charged. Warren City Police said Shonda Filiatrault, 39, Warren, was charged with forgery and theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 31 following an investigation.
Cited. Warren City Police said John Crowl, 44, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct on Jan. 12 after a loud music complaint was received.
Cited. Warren City Police said Aaron Stoops, 35, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment on Jan. 11 after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute that occurred in the parking lot of a local business.
Cited. Warren City Police said Andrew Cornelius, 23, Warren, was cited with harassment on Jan. 12 after officers responded to a domestic dispute at his residence.
Cited. Warren City Police said Nathaniel Johnson, 31, Jamestown, N.Y., was cited with harassment on Jan. 11 after he entered a residence in the city and threatened the victim who was known to him.
Cited. Warren City Police said Charles Atkins, 20, Warren, was cited with harassment on Jan. 12 after officers were dispatched to an active domestic dispute at his residence.
Charged. Warren City Police said A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and criminal mischief and a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal mischief after officers came upon them after curfew. It was determined that they had poured paint on a vehicle.
Charged. Warren City Police said James Sorenson, 32, and Brandy Brewer, 30, both of Warren, were charged with possession with intent to deliver, endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 14 following an investigation and search warrant conducted by police. They were arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and placed in the Warren County Prison. Sorensen’s bail was set at $35,000 and Brewer’s at $20,000.
Charged. Warren City Police said James D Blankenship, 48, Warren, was charged with failure to comply with Megan’s Law registration on Jan. 9 after an investigation. He was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and placed in the Warren County Prison on $15,000 bail.
Crash. Warren-based state police said on Jan. 13, at 2:29 a.m. Paul York, 18, Warren, was traveling east on Route 6, Police said York’s Ford Mustang swerved north and hit a street sign and snow bank. York continued to travel across both westbound lanes where it struck a guide rail, traveled further east in the westbound lane and came to a stop striking a guide rail on the north edge of the roadway. Police said York, who was uninjured, was charged with roadways laned for traffic.
Disorderly conduct. Youngsville Borough Police said they were call to Youngsville Middle School on Jan. 10 at approximately 10:30 a.m. for a disruptive 13-year-old male student yelling and using obscene language toward fellow students and staff, yelling into other classrooms and in the hallways. Police said it continued after he was told several times to stop. Police said he is being charged with disorderly conduct with Juvenile Probation Department.
