Four defendants enter guilty pleas

Four defendants entered guilty pleas before Judge Maureen Skerda on Monday.
Westley P. Bennett, 47 W. Main St., first floor, Frewsburg, N.Y., to one count of receiving stolen property. A charge of theft by deception was not prosecuted.
David Arden Littlefield, 305 N. Main St., Clarendon, to a count of accident with damage to attended vehicle or property; a count of driving on roadways laned for traffic and one count of accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. He was not prosecuted on one count of registration card to be signed and exhibited on demand; one count of driving a vehicle at a safe speed; one count of careless driving; one count of duty to give information and render aid; one count of immediate notice of accident to police department and one count of restriction of alcoholic beverages.
Kenneth Medycki, 1360 Newton Rd., Pittsfield, to one count of criminal conspiracy, selling or furnishing liquor etc. to minors and one count of purchase, consumption, possession or transport of liquor. He was not prosecuted on two counts of corruption of minors and one count of selling or furnishing liquor etc. to minors.
Kyle G. Salva, 226 W. Main St., Youngsville, to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia; one count of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and one count of careless driving. He was not prosecuted on one count of possession small amount of marijuana; DUI: controlled substance, impaired ability to drive second offense; DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, second offense; one count of DUI: controlled substance schedule I second offense; one count of DUI: combined alcohol and drug or combination second offense; two counts of change of name or address; one count of driving on roadways laned for traffic and one count of reckless driving.
