Food service inspections released
The City of Warren and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture have released the following recent food service inspection results.
Six-month inspections in the city include:
First Presbyterian Church, 300 Market St., no violations;
Holiday Inn, 210 Ludlow St., one critical violation – uncovered food found in refrigerator; two non-critical violations – non-food contact surfaces need cleaned, kitchen floor needs cleaned around and under appliances;
Eagle’s Club, 2101 Pennsylvania Ave. E., four non-critical violations – thermometers not provided in all refrigerators and freezers, food stored on floor in walk-in, all staff not wearing hair restraints in kitchen, and non-food contact surfaces need cleaned.
City inspections good through Dec. 31, 2014 were issued to:
Count’s, 910 Pennsylvania Ave. W., no violations;
Little Caesars, 2 Market St., one non-critical violation – not all staff wearing hair restraints in prep area;
Plaza Restaurant, 328 Pennsylvania Ave. W., no violations;
McDonalds, 75 Market St., one non-critical violation – not all staff wearing hair restraints in prep area;
Kelly’s Pub, 428 Pennsylvania Ave. W., no violations (license valid through Nov. 30, 2014).
The Department of Agriculture released the following inspection results:
Bair’s Pizza, 5 N. Main St., Russell, no violations;
Kelly’s Pub, 428 Pennsylvania Ave. W., no violations.
