GIRLS HOOPS: Lady Dragons win

ERIE -Warren started slowly, but a 30-9 second half led to a 55-31 non-region win Tuesday at Wayne Middle School.

“They came out a little slow, tentative, and by doing that they kept Strong Vincent (0-4) in the game,” said Warren coach Lisa Ruhlman, whose Dragons are 3-1. “We woke up.”

Alexa Bupp scored eight of her 11 points in the second half and added four assists and three steals in the win. D.J. Hahn led Warren with 16 points in limited minutes, and Lizzy Marsh had six rebounds.
