Warren

Arrest. On Nov. 19 at 12:45 p.m., Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Dakota Wilson, 18, Warren, on a charge of purchasing an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Wilson was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released pending further court action.

Harassment. On Nov. 19 at 10:30 a.m., Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Wayne Glasgow, 22, Warren, on a charge of harassment with physical contact. Glasgow was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and remanded to the Warren County Jail.

Farmington Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police report between 5:20 and 8:17 p.m. on Oct. 26 someone obtained credit card information belonging to a Lanning Hill Road resident and made multiple unauthorized purchases from a Kwik Fill in Erie. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Sheffield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police report between 5 p.m. Nov. 17 and midnight Nov. 18 someone used a sharp object to cut both passenger-side tires of the victim’s 2001 truck parked at a Van Ettan Street residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police report between 6:25 p.m. on Nov. 10 and 3:15 p.m. Nov. 12 someone scratched an obscenity into the side of a Lanning Hill resident’s 2001 vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Crash. Warren-based state police report on Nov. 11 at 10:33 p.m., Mark Blair, 33, Sugar Grove, was traveling south on Hazeltine Hollow Road when he lost control negotiating a right-hand turn. Police report the vehicle left the east side of the roadway and hit a barbed wire fence with the driver’s side of the vehicle before coming to rest facing south. Police said Blair was uninjured and was cited with driving at a safe speed. Blair’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

Triumph Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police report on Nov. 12 at 7:43 p.m., Travis Berkhous, 23, Tidioute, was traveling west on Babylon Hill Road when he lost control negotiating a left-hand turn. Police report the vehicle spun counter-clockwise before leaving the left side of the roadway, hitting a ditch, and flipping over onto its passenger’s side. Police said Berkhous was uninjured and was cited for driving at a safe speed. Police said the vehicle was flipped onto its wheels and driven from the scene.
