Criminal trespass/mischief. Corry-based state police said on Nov. 18 someone went to the east side of C. Cummings & Sons, 45490 Route 6, Corry, and smashed out the window to gain entry. The alarm was set off before anything was stolen. Estimae of damagewas one window valued at $150, according to police.

Conewango Twp.

Theft. Conewango Township police were dispatched on Oct. 10 to Wal-Mart at Warren Commons for a report of a theft. According to police, Joshua Goodnight, 26, Mississippi, concealed $540.22 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying for it. Police said Goodnight was arrested and arraigned before before District Justice Glenn Carlson and remanded to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Mead Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police investigated a domestic dispute on Nov. 12. Police said it was determined that Raymond E. Barber, 42, Warren, and Lynette M. Barber, 44, Warren, subjected each other to physical contact. A charge of harassment is pending through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office for both parties, according to police.

Pleasant Twp.

Forgery/fraud. Warren-based state police said between Jan, 7 and Aug. 12 Suzanne E. Flasher, 62, Clarendon, wrote and in some cases signed checks from two accounts belonging to an 83-year-old victim from Warren. Police said Flasher was not authorized to do so. The checks totaled $10,753. Police said Flasher was arraigned Nov. 18 in front of District Justice Cynthia Lindmuth. Bail was set at $25,000 and Flasher was released on her own recognizance.
