Craft show set

The 28th Annual Winter Wonderland Craft Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at the

Youngsville Fire Hall. The kitchen will be open with food. There will be a Chinese auction. Admission will be free.

Calendar winners

Allegheny Center for the Arts (ACA) would like to announce the winners of the ACA/WCCBI calendar contest for December. First place goes to Katherine Bowley for her photo titled “Looking Forward to the End of the Beginning of Winter.” Second place goes to Allan Branthover for his photo “Silent Night.” Third place goes to Rose Ashbaugh for her photo “December Welcome.” The cover winner will be announced shortly. The center would also like people looking forward to winter classes to note they will begin Jan. 6. Check the ACA website, www.alleghenycenterforthearts.com, for those announcements.

Discuss urology

Warren urology nurse, Kim Mineweaser, will be at the Allegheny Community Center, 42 Clark St., on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 12:45 p.m. She will discuss healthy bladder habits and issues along with information on a new pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy they are working with. This will be open to the public.

Class to lunch

Warren High School Class of 1944 will have lunch Thursday, Nov. 21, at the Eagles Club, Pennsylvania Ave. E., Warren, with a get-together at 11:30 a.m. and lunch at noon. Spouses and significant others are welcome.

Gardeners to meet

Warren Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center. Dan Ristau of Ring-Around-A-Rosy will demonstrate how easy it is to create holiday arrangements with natural materials.
