Hit and run. Warren-based state police report investigating a hit and run crash which occurred on Rocky Hill Ln. between 1:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 17.

According to police, a blue Chevy Silverado belonging to Justin Crossley, 28, Kittanning, was struck while parked by a red SUV, possibly a Ford Escape or Chevy Equinox.

Police report the suspected vehicle would have damage to the driver’s side fender and bumper area, including a broken headlight, and may have blue paint on it from the Silverado.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

DUI. Warren-based state police report investigating an incident of DUI which occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Nov. 15 on Rt. 62, south of Lenhart Road.

According to police, David L. Rhoades, 52, Warren, was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Charges including two counts of DUI, careless driving and other summary traffic violations were filed with District Judge Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
