The Chandlers Valley United Methodist Church, Jackson Run Road, will host a concert by the Mountain Railroad Band on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 3 p.m. Soup, sandwiches and dessert will be provided afterward. All are welcome to come to this great afternoon of great gospel music, good food and fellowship.

Women to lunch
Warren Christian Women’s Connection will have a “Thanksgiving Feast” luncheon from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Allegheny Community Center, 42 Clark St., Warren. Sara Yehl of Warren will present Willow Fish handmade jewelry, and music will be provided by Sara Chamberlain of Warren. The Ladies Auxiliary to Marshall Larsen VFW Post 314, Clarendon, will serve a soup and pie luncheon, open to the public, from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at the post home, Brown Ave., Clarendon. Soup and chili will cost $2, and pie will cost $1.
