Constance Louise Loper, 54, passed away on Oct.21, 2013 at the Rouse Warren County Home after a prolonged illness.
She was born Jan. 15, 1959 in Monongahela, Pa. to William and Frances Loper. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother, Tom Gealy (Debbie), Huntington Beach,CA and two sisters; Mary Ann Schmidt (Joe), Indianapolis, IN and Donna Robinault (Murray), Garland, Pa. The proud aunt of 12 nieces and nephews and 25 greatnieces and nephews, she loved to share pictures and news of family.
Connie grew up in Elizabeth, Pa., and was a 1978 graduate of ElizabethForward High School: where she served as a loyal manager of the girls’ basketball team. She was a scorekeeper for the Shamrock Sippers softball team for many years, a 20 year member of the ElizabethForward Community Chorus and an avid bowler. She volunteered at the Pgh. Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, where she was the top fundraising candy seller for many years.
In 2001, Connie moved to Garland, Pa. and met new friends through a local bowling league and volunteer work. As her illness progressed, she became a resident of the Rouse Home.
Connie was an unforgettable character, to say the least. Those who knew her will remember her as a fanatic Pittsburgh fan. She loved the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins, always aware of their stars and stats.

Connie struggled her entire life with multiple disabilities. Her family rejoices that she now has peace and a life without pain.
